bedrooms and 1 bathroom, kitchen and living areas. The 1st floor
has 4 bedrooms and 1 and 1/2 bathrooms, large eat-in kitchen, living
area and screened front porch.
The rear cottage has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom,
full kitchen and living area.
The property also features a rear brick patio
with picnic tables and two outside showers. Also included is
wireless internet, flat screen TV's, laundry facilities, multi-zone
air conditioning and off-street parking for four cars with an
additional four street parking passes.

"This beach house was wonderful, great for large extended families. Our
family ( us, our five children, three in-laws and 11 grandchildren, ages 1
thru 11) totally enjoyed this home. The beach was a very easy walk, the
neighborhood was quiet and the backyard was great. The listing was
completely accurate. The owner greeted us the first day and before our
vacation was very quick in answering questions. This was the best vacation
ever. We are already talking about another vacation and our family will
definitely come back to this beach house." |

Circa 1921 beach cottage completely remodeled in
’06 with new granite and marble kitchen and baths. Located in
Ocean Block and 2 Blocks south of the Avenue. We did leave the claw
tub for those who like to relax in a steamy bath after a day at the
beach. Home includes a washer and dryer, outside shower, barbeque
grill and off street parking and best front screened porch in town !!
